SYNOPSIS

Le chef Gordon Ramsay part à la découverte des joyaux gastronomiques de la péninsule supérieure du Michigan. Dans cet épisode, il pratique la pêche au harpon au milieu des épaves du lac Supérieur, chasse la bécasse et aide un moine à construire une clôture contre une dégustation de sa légendaire confiture de framboise noire. Toutefois, s’il souhaite impressionner les locaux, notre cuisinier a tout intérêt à percer rapidement les secrets culinaires de la région !
