Martel visits a three-bed mid-terrace in Burnley, Lancashire, bought by a young developer well on the way to his ambition of owning a large portfolio. Dion is in Newcastle-under-Lyme, where he meets a first-time developer eager to tackle a three-bed semi that seems like a solid property.
