SYNOPSIS

Newbie Chloe is taken under the wing of experienced enforcers Ian and Anneil as they conduct a street sweep in the London Borough of Hounslow. In Haringey, CCTV’s the name of the game as grime fighters in the borough use more than a hundred cameras to monitor their eleven square mile patch and keep on top of the fly-tippers and litter louts.
