SYNOPSIS

A left-wing politician's speech causes problems for cop Nick Rowan, and the American-run early warning defence system becomes a target for a big CND demonstration. Workers take offence when demonstrators are putting up posters everywhere advertising the demo and Nick has to get in the middle of trouble.
