SYNOPSIS

A rundown home in a large garden in Cranbrook in Kent is transformed into a fantastic home for the young couple who developed it, and Martin follows the progress on renovations in Chaddesden in Derby and Aberdare in Wales. All three houses were sold at auction, and all proved quite a challenge for their new owners.
