SYNOPSIS
A 19th-century sailor is branded a coward after jumping ship during a terrifying storm. To repair his damaged reputation, he embarks on a perilous journey through the Far East to deliver a consignment of explosives to a tribe rebelling against the oppression of a feudal warlord. Adventure, based on Joseph Conrad's famous novel, starring Peter O'Toole, James Mason, Eli Wallach, Jack Hawkins and Curt Jurgens.
