SYNOPSIS

A pickpocket joins a circus travelling through Germany and is seduced by a cruel barker. She gets a job as assistant to a devoted high dive jumper, who proposes to her, but is unable to forget her feelings for her heartless old lover, leading to a fatal conflict between the two men. Drama, with Anne Baxter, Steve Cochran and Lyle Bettger.
