SINOPSIS

DCI Banks is drawn into the criminal underworld of Soho when he reluctantly accepts an unofficial request from Chief Superintendent Rydell to find Rydell's missing daughter. With only an internet lead to go on, can Banks find Emily and persuade her to come home? Meanwhile, an armed robbery in Eastvale turns into a murder investigation after the thief is found brutally executed in his own home.
