SINOPSIS

In 2010, architectural designer Lincoln Miles and his wife, artist Lisa Traxler, found an uninspiring 1970s bungalow on a plot on the Isle of Wight surrounded by ancient woodland. As part of their renovation project, they added a three-storey `tower' extension and used a range of unconventional techniques and alternative materials. Two years later, Kevin McCloud returned to find out whether the couple's methods led to success.
