SINOPSIS

The buy-to-let documentary series revisits some of the cases featured in the show's first run, including Demetrios and Miriam, who sought help from Lewisham Council after chilly conditions and unusual bathroom and kitchen arrangements in their south London flat became intolerable. Gareth and Joanna of Phoenix Community Care detail their ongoing battle against squatters who took up residence in the building they intended to turn into a community centre for vulnerable children, and Peterborough City Council's Housing officer Peter returns to a property deemed a category 1 fire hazard by the fire service - and therefore unfit for human habitation.
