SINOPSIS

The hoteliers meet one last time for feedback, during which they will discover how much their rivals thought their service was worth, and which of them was the most successful. Maggie and Ian Dickson decide to tackle complaints from Eileen and Jannika Hopeakoski head-on, while Craig and Marie Harris prepare for a fight after telling German competitor Kristin Grantham her venue and welcome lacked some much-needed warmth.
