Great British Menu: North West Dessert

SINOPSIS

The North West chefs Eve Townson, Matt Worswick and Mark Ellis go all out to impress with their desserts in their attempts to secure a place at a banquet for the Women's Institute. Things will be particularly tense for returning contender Mark, who was knocked out at this stage last year - but he will face stiff competition from executive chef Eve and young gun Matt, who will be equally determined to make the regional final.
