SINOPSIS

Documentary following the work of a pioneering veterinary practice, where `Bionic Vet' Noel Fitzpatrick and a team of more than 100 surgeons, nurses, ward attendants and physiotherapists help some of the nation's hardest-to-cure pets through cutting-edge treatment and operations. In the first edition, a Labrador has a life-threatening tumour on its leg, a cat's heart stops beating during recovery from a procedure and a lurcher is brought in with shotgun wounds.
