SINOPSIS

Extended edition of Tuesday night's programme. Californian R&B artist Aloe Blacc performs songs from his latest album Lift Your Spirit, including his recent number one hit The Man, and Essex indie five-piece the Horrors playing tracks from their new release Luminous. Ohio alt-rock group the Afghan Whigs showcase tunes from Do to the Beast, their first long-player for 16 years, and Swedish synthpop band Little Dragon perform tracks from their forthcoming album Nabuma Rubberband. Also appearing is Kentucky country musician Sturgill Simpson, and German jazz musician Roger Cicero joins Jools at the piano for a song.
