SINOPSIS
Clegg, Truly, Alvin and Billy encounter a stranger who is determined to travel by canal to Ilkley in an inflatable swan. However, when punctures disrupt the man's dream, Entwistle is on hand to ensure the voyage goes to plan. Tommy Cannon and Bobby Ball guest star.
