SINOPSIS

David Attenborough tells the tale of winged insects, witnessing mayflies emerging from their larval cases in central Hungary and purple crow butterflies in the valleys of Taiwan. Slow-motion cameras reveal the incredible flight skills that enable the creatures to find new territories and sources of food. The aeronautical tricks employed by heavier insects such as bees and beetles are also revealed.
