The competition heats up as returning Scottish contenders Michael Smith, Tony Singh and Mark Greenaway prepare their main courses. An African-inspired goat tagine, a beef dish harking back to a childhood cartoon, and a duck recipe with a comedy twist are served up for judge Angela Hartnett.
