SINOPSIS

John Ross is arrested for Veronica's murder and Sue Ellen hires a leading criminal attorney to defend him. Meanwhile, Vicente tells Bobby he will take ownership of Southfork unless the oil contract is fulfilled - reinforcing his message by having John Ross beaten up in prison. The news brings JR back to Dallas, but he keeps his return a secret and sneaks into the hospital to check that his son is okay.
