SINOPSIS
October 2009, two women, 20-year-old Noor Almaleki and 43-year-old Amal Khalaf, were struck by an accelerating SUV while crossing a parking lot in suburban Phoenix. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 49-year-old Faleh Almaleki, Noor's own father. He fled the scene and became the target of an international manhunt. He was finally apprehended by customs officials in London and extradited to Arizona.
