Ella, Topeka, y Jerry Nutrias: Butter the Balloonatic / Gizmotronictron Raffle

SINOPSIS

A.) When Baby Butter's favorite toy, a red balloon, mysteriously vanishes, Flick becomes the prime suspect of theft.

B.) To benefit the Lake Hoohaw Historical Society, Mayor Jeff holds a raffle for a machine that will take care of all household chores FOREVER. The kids then try and rake up enough money (via odd jobs and just plain begging) to buy a raffle ticket.
