SINOPSIS

A university student, an electrician and a bathroom fitter buy auction properties in Hall Green in Birmingham, Wantage in Oxfordshire and Greenhithe in Kent. All three properties need extensive renovations, but with the rising costs of building materials, will any of them make a profit?
