Kumkum Bhagya

SINOPSIS

Suresh goes to Aakash s house to get the results of DNA test. The tests show that the baby is not Aakash's. Suresh suspects foul play and continues to blame Aakash. Abhi loses his cool and beats up Suresh. Later, Abhi goes to Suresh's college and asks the principal to remove Suresh from the college. Pragya sees Abhi in the college and realizes that something is not right. Meanwhile, Suresh finds out from the laboratory that the DNA samples were not even tested by the appointed doctors and instead Aakash's mother had ordered for the samples to be transferred to their family doctors. Pragya calls up Suresh and asks her to come to the college. Will the college principal listen to Abhi and remove Suresh from the college?

Kumkum Bhagya' is its Indian interpretation, following the life of a Punjabi matriarch Sarla Arora who runs a marriage hall and lives with the hope of seeing her two daughters Pragya and Bulbul who're poles apart, happily married some day! Known for making shows that are women-centric, the pivotal characters of this new show are a bunch of strong, feisty women, living together in an all-female, matriarchal family.
