SINOPSIS

Cesar and his son Andre hit San Francisco, CA, and their live event is at the Pet Express Dog Adoption Fair, where hundreds of fans have brought their dogs to get real time take home tips from Cesar, like how to control a food stealer, attention hogs, ball obsessed dogs, and a pulling beast. Cesar also comes to the rescue of a couple with a dog rescued from an Asian meat market, but that has dog aggression issues. And a tireless dog rescuer that canvasses local shelters and saves dogs on the euthanasia list. Cesar helps train up Cassie, a pit bull in danger of being put down, so that she can get adopted at the adoption fair - and she is! Finally, Andre visits San Quentin State Prison to witness an amazing program where inmates and shelter dogs bond.
