SINOPSIS

Nicki Chapman is on hand to help an artist find a period property in Hampshire with potential for a painting studio and a garden in which to practise yoga. Away from the property hunt, Nicki visits the South Downs National Park and gets involved in a tree-planting initiative to mark the park's tenth anniversary.
