SINOPSIS

Martin is in Newport to see a plot of land with no planning permission, but a new owner who has big dreams. Jacqui is in Eastleigh in Hampshire to visit a three-bed mid-terrace, and Dion visits a tight little one-bed bungalow in Lichfield in Staffordshire that requires change of use to make it a residential dwelling again.
