SINOPSIS

A farm worker's listed cottage in Canterbury in Kent, a three bed semi in Bryncethin in Wales and a piece of land in Yardley in Birmingham are sold at auction. All three projects take longer than planned with unforeseen issues but the developers are confident they'll make some money on their investments.
