SINOPSIS
Luke Wilson and Joshua Malina play the owners of a photocopying shop in this genial but limp assault on corporate America. There's little that's original in the story of their battle against the franchise rival who muscles in on their turf. Phil LaMarr's Marxist rapper and Richard Riehle's gormless rocker supply some off-kilter sidekickery, and there's choice support from Michael McKean and Teri Garr, as the bickering parents of Wilson's marriage-minded girlfriend, Paula Devicq. But it lacks the satirical edge of Frank Capra's winning "everyman against the system" formula, despite the fact that Hollywood has been trying to reproduce that magic ever since.
