The Witness

SINOPSIS

Enthusiastic Hague War Tribunal junior officer Vincent Harrington goes in pursuit of Nikola Radin, a high ranking officer in the Yugoslav Army who disappeared after resigning. Should he find him wherever he lurks in secret, Radin's testimony will, Harrington believes, secure the conviction of alleged war criminal Miro Pantic.
