Three chefs are doing battle to represent Northern Ireland. Tommy Heaney, Head Chef at the Great House Hotel in South Wales is taken on by Shauna Froydenlund, Chef Patron at Marcus Waring's two Michelin starred restaurant and James Devine, the 2017 National Chef of the Year.
