Ben travels to the Ozark Plateau in Missouri to meet Bo Brown, a wilderness expert who teaches Stone Age skills to modern day man. Ben learns how to make a spear and prepare foods like squirrels and insects. He also heads out into the wild forest overnight to build a shelter, forage and fish.
