Gareth and Joanna of Phoenix Community Care detail their ongoing battle against squatters who took up residence in the building they intended to turn into a community centre for vulnerable children, and Peterborough City Council's Housing officer Peter returns to a property deemed a category 1 fire hazard by the fire service - and therefore unfit for human habitation.
