A mother-to-be with a major heart defect who thought she would never have children enters the final stages of pregnancy. Her waters break the day before the due date, but when she does not go into labour, the midwives decide to induce her. Meanwhile, a woman with an overwhelming fear of pain is nervous about the arrival of her third baby.
