The comic-book drama returns following the explosive first-season finale, and Agent Phil Coulson is ready to start rebuilding SHIELD. It's not going to be an easy task, given that he and his agents are now wanted fugitives with very limited resources - although their commitment to keeping the world safe from unseen threats remains as strong as ever. Unfortunately, there's a chance that some of those threats could come from within, as it appears Hydra is also on a recruitment drive, with members including The Kraken circling SHIELD. So as the agents try to find new allies, who can they trust - and who has an ulterior motive for getting involved?
