The two remaining chefs from Scotland prepare their entire menus for Prue Leith, Matthew Fort, Oliver Peyton and guest judge Jim Radford, who served with the Merchant Navy on D-Day. Only one contender can make it through to the national finals and get the chance to cook at a banquet held in St Paul's Cathedral to mark the 70th anniversary of the Normandy landings.
