Franklin and Bear make a promise to wait for each other before playing on the fire truck at the Firefighter Flapjack Breakfast. But when Bear and his dad get caught in a tree, and Franklin initiates a search for his missing best friend, he realizes that keeping some promises are unrealistic. / When Bear and Franklin lose their new Mega Machine it looks like their game of Submarine Rescue Guys is headed for disaster. But Franklin soon finds that pretending is much better than having a toy that does everything.
