When he changes his attitude however, he has a blast at the First Snowfall Festival! / When Mr. Fox and Mr. Snail, Woodland’s newest volunteer firefighters, have trouble getting Mr. Snail into the fire truck fast enough, Franklin and his friends devise a customized firefighting bumpy buggy just for Mr. Snail!
