The Detective Boys discover an abandoned car by the river. Though they're interested in the car, they quickly head off to play because rain is forecasted for that evening. While playing soccer, Genta nearly runs into a nearby woman. She was speaking into a voice recorder, but their near collision leads to her playing soccer with the kids. After a while, they begin hearing thunder, so they leave behind the woman who seems to be waiting for someone. The next morning, Conan sees a certain story on the news...
