Only two chefs can make it through to cook for the Great British Menu judges at the end of the week and one will be going home. That decision lies with former champion Marcus Wareing, who will scrutinise their dishes every day. Today it's the starters, so which dish will he think worthy of the banquet? Will it be poached & roasted chicken with new season onions, wild rabbit and leek turnover with piccalilli, or rabbit pudding with parched peas and gravy?
