Catherine Fulvio meets her friend Susan Cross, who emigrated from Ireland to Italy, and her husband cooks Roman classics while she learns about romance in Rome. The chef also meets the owners of one of the city's best fish restaurants, La Rossetta, and prepares dishes including sea bass with pistachio, pea and pesto risotto, and strawberry meringue with balsamic vinegar.
