The two remaining chefs from Northern Ireland prepare their entire menus for Prue Leith, Matthew Fort, Oliver Peyton and guest judge Celia Sandys, who is a grand-daughter of Winston Churchill. Only one contender can make it through to represent their region in the national finals and get the chance to cook at a banquet held in St Paul's Cathedral to mark the 70th anniversary of D-Day.
