Fidencio se sretne s Maurom i kaže joj kako će svima reći da je ona kriva za Aymarinu smrt ako mu ne plati. Maura mu kaže da će mu platiti, ali nakon toga ga pregazi autom i Fidencio umre. Maura i Luisa pokušaju pobjeći iz mjesta, ali Nicolás obavijesti policiju i oni ih uhite. Nicolás se razveseli kada mu doktorica Penélope kaže da može Leonardita odvesti kući jer je izvan opasnosti i iz zahvalnosti je zagrli.
