The two remaining chefs from the North West region are challenged to prepare dishes that capture the Olympic spirit in a bid to impress judges Prue Leith, Matthew Fort and Oliver Peyton. Only one of them will make it through to the national finals and get the chance to cook at this year's Olympic Banquet hosted by Steve Redgrave.
