Old-timers grow the finest and largest quantity of weed in the country while do-it-yourself shake and bake meth labs have exploded in popularity. Law enforcement struggles to cope with the lawless self-production and the toxic waste left behind. The solution: fund anti-drug operations through asset forfeiture.
