ÖZET
Kirk faces court martial, charged with causing the death of a crewman by jettisoning a dangerous pod without giving him time to get clear. As the case proceeds, the captain looks increasingly guilty of the crime, until Spock considers the possibility that the evidence could be misleading. William Shatner and Elisha Cook Jr star.
