ÖZET

The contest begins at the Vale of Berkeley Guest House in Gloucestershire, where owners Harri and Claire Chiba hope to prove that their establishment offers the best value for money. However, two guests from rival B&Bs have an issue with the no-frills toilet, and another places a tricky request for `anaemic toast' at the breakfast table.
