Mr Bloom's Nursery: Get Set, Grow!: Homemade Hat Parade

ÖZET

There's a Homemade Hat Parade at Mr Bloom's fete in Hartlepool, but none of the Veggies has a suitable hat. Only after making scarecrows out of unwanted clothes, do Mr Bloom and the Tiddlers realise that they can make flippy-floppy hats out of some unwanted leaves!
