ÖZET

It's finals week as the winners of the regional heats do battle to get their dishes on the menu for the banquet at London's historic Drapers' Hall celebrating 100 years of the Women's Institute. The chefs begins with the starter course, arriving to discover that this year it will be much tougher to make it onto the judges' shortlist, with Matthew Fort, Oliver Peyton and Prue Leith selecting only those dishes they deem perfect.
