ÖZET

In Japan, Jamie Oliver harvests and eats seaweed - a superfood packed with immune system-boosting iron - before exploring Costa Ricans' love of fruit. Could it help to explain why they live so long? He then demonstrates recipes including baked eggs with cherry tomatoes and ricotta on toast, miso and chicken and mushrooms with wild rice, and prawns with vegetables and salsa.
