ÖZET

In Liverpool, Phil Spencer helps James and his wife Mairead, who are new to the area and want a property on a budget of £600,000, while Kirstie Allsopp assists fledgling house-hunters Andy and Laura, and it soon becomes apparent the couple have quite different expectations about their first home together.
