ÖZET

It's the penultimate week of heats, beginning with another five amateur cooks creating a dish from scratch, and then taking on the palate test in which they have to recreate John Torode's chicken pot pie with coleslaw without a recipe. Two of them are then eliminated and the three remaining hopefuls work a busy lunchtime service at London's Bistro 51, before heading back to the MasterChef kitchen to cook two final courses, hoping to win a place in Friday's quarter-final.
